Minnesota waived Cine on Tuesday, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.
Cine entered the league in 2022 as a first-round pick with plenty of promise, but his young NFL career has been marred by injuries since, and he's only appeared in 10 games over the last two seasons combined. He'll now have to look for another opportunity elsewhere.
