McNeill left the Lions' training camp practice early with a neck injury Friday, Kory Woods of MLive.com reports.
It's not clear exactly what happened, and there's no timetable for McNeill's return to practice at this point. As long as he remains unavailable, Levi Onwuzurike will be a candidate to take the leftover reps with the first-team defensive line.
