McNeill exited Sunday's game against the Cardinals with a shoulder injury and is questionable to return.
McNeill didn't record anything on the stat sheet prior to leaving the game. The Lions have been dealing with injuries all over the defense Sunday, having already lost Derrick Barnes to a knee injury. DJ Reader and Levi Onwuzurike will have to take on more of the snap load up front for Detroit while McNeill is out.
