Jackson (ankle) was placed on injured reserve Tuesday, Tim Twentyman of the Lions' official site reports.
Jackson suffered an ankle injury in Sunday's loss to the Packers and will now miss the Lions' playoff run. In four games with the team, the cornerback recorded seven tackles and one pass deflection. The Lions promoted Adairius Barnes from the practice squad to replace Jackson on the depth chart.
