Branch (concussion) was a full participant in Thursday's practice, Tim Twentyman of the Lions' official site reports.
It's unclear if Branch remains in the concussion protocol, but his full participation puts him on track to play Sunday against the Dolphins after he was injured last Sunday against Minnesota.
