Izien posted 11 tackles (nine solo) and one defensed pass Sunday in a 31-24 win over the Jets.
Izien paced the Lions in stops while playing all but two of the team's defensive snaps. The 26-year-old appears to be fully recovered from the groin injury that caused him to sit out Detroit's season opener. Izien has taken on a starting safety role due to Brian Branch (Achilles) and Kerby Joseph (knee) both being on the PUP list.
