Ragnow sustained a sprained knee and a sprained ankle during Sunday's win versus the Buccaneers, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Impressively, Ragnow was able to finish Detroit's divisional-round victory despite the injuries. He's also expected to suit up for the NFC Championship Game at San Francisco, but it wouldn't be surprising to see him sit out of practice at least a couple times during the week.
