Ragnow is considered week-to-week after suffering a partial pectoral tear during Sunday's 20-13 win at Arizona, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Ragnow didn't miss a snap of the Lions' Week 3 win despite the injury, a testament to his ability to play through pain. Detroit may exercise some caution with their standout center, however, potentially creating an opening for backup Michael Niese to see some playing time beginning with next Monday's game versus Seattle.
