Buggs signed a contract with the Lions on Friday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
After he spent the regular season with the Steelers and the postseason with the Raiders last year, Buggs will join the Lions ahead of the 2022 campaign. The defensive tackle produced 17 tackles and a pass deflection in 10 contests with Pittsburgh in 2021.
