Williams (ankle) is active for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers.
Williams took a questionable tag into the weekend after he was a limited participant in all three of the Lions' practices this week due to an ankle injury. The Lions apparently saw enough from Williams in those practices to sign off on his availability for the Week 2 matchup, and with no reports that he'll be facing any restrictions Sunday, he should take on a sizable snap share as one of the Lions' starting receivers. The third-year wideout is coming off a breakthrough Week 1 outing against the Rams in which he produced a 5-121-1 receiving line on nine targets while taking his lone carry for 13 yards.
