Goff completed 25 of 34 pass attempts for 222 yards during Sunday's 44-6 loss to the Eagles.
In addition to taking five sacks, Goff again was booed by his home crowd after intentionally throwing the ball away on a fourth down for yet another time this season. With Detroit now winless through eight games, it will be interesting to see if the Lions use their impending bye week to prepare David Blough to run the offense in Week 10. Tim Boyle (thumb), who recently began throwing footballs without a brace, could also be an option in the near future. However, neither of these guys have much upside to get excited about, especially on a team where the likes of Kalif Raymond stands as the No. 1 wide receiver.
