Goff completed 22 of 36 pass attempts for 268 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions against the Rams on Sunday.
Goff was slightly more productive than either of his two prior games, which combined for 405 yards and two interceptions, but even this box score is largely owed to the after-the-catch work of running back D'Andre Swift, who propelled most of Goff's stat line with a 63-yard touchdown reception in the first quarter. The Lions aren't in a position to fix the problems that plague their passing game in 2021, so riding out this sort of production from Goff might be the way it goes the rest of the year. The Lions face the Eagles in Week 8 before a Week 9 bye.
