Heath (knee) was moved from IR to the reserve/COVID-19 list Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of Sportstalk 790 Houston reports, which was a result of testing positive for the virus, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
Heath suffered a torn ACL during OTAs in May and was placed on IR. Still working toward a return in 2022, Heath will not be able to rehab at Lions' facilities until he is able to clear protocols.
