Peko (pectoral) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game against the Cowboys.
Peko suffered the injury late in the first quarter, and his exit will be a blow to the Lions' defensive line depth. Levi Onwuzurike and Mekhi Wingo will now likely see an uptick in work behind DJ Reader and Alim McNeill at defensive tackle.
