Sewell left practice early Wednesday with a foot injury, Justin Rogers of DetroitFootball.net reports.
Sewell was able to walk off the field under his own power, albeit slowly, after being checked on by trainers. Any potential missed time for the All-Pro tackle would be a significant blow for the Lions' offensive line with just over two weeks until they kick off their 2024 campaign against the Rams on Sept. 8.
