Ya-Sin (hamstring) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Cardinals.
Ya-Sin has not practiced since he sustained a hamstring injury during the Lions' Week 4 loss to the Panthers. In the cornerback's absence, Khalil Dorsey or Keith Abney is set to be the primary backup at outside cornerback behind starters D.J. Reed and Ennis Rakestraw.
