The Patriots have waived Cunningham, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
With Ian Rapoport of NFL Network relaying Tuesday that Bailey Zappe is also being waived, Mac Jones is currently the only QB left on the Patriots' roster. Look for additional moves to be made by the team in short order, with Cunningham presumably being a practice squad candidate if he clears waivers.
