Stevenson (foot) was activated from injured reserve by the Bills on Tuesday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
The next order of business for the Bills is waiving Stevenson with the expectation that they'll sign him to the practice squad if he's able to clear waivers. The second-year-pro has yet to play this season due to the injury, but he did play five games last season contributing as a return man.
