New England waived Corral from its exempt/left squad list Monday, Doug Kyed of the Boston Herald reports.
It's still not totally clear why, but Corral was already away from the team more than a week before this move. In any case, he'll now have to look for another chance to stick on an NFL roster elsewhere.
