McCrane has been cut from the Eagles' practice squad, Jeff McLane of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
McCrane re-signed with the Eagles' practice squad prior to thier Week 17 victory over the Giants. There is no injury or illness affecting starting kicker Jake Elliott, so it appears the team will opt to use the practice squad spot on another position. Thus, the journeyman kicker will now look for a new landing spot.
