The Bills waived Tomczak on Sunday, Jay Skurski of The Buffalo News reports.
Tomczak played in all three preseason games for the Bills, catching both of his targets for 26 yards. The undrafted free agent out of Youngstown State will now be subject to waivers. If the wide receiver goes unclaimed, he will become a free agent able to sign with any franchise.
