The Jaguars signed Wortham to the practice squad Monday.
The Jaguars waived Wortham during Sunday's cutdown day. The wide receiver cleared waivers and has returned to the team. The undrafted free agent out of Montana participated in all three preseason games, catching seven of his eight targets for 97 yards.
