Webster is signing with the Bears' practice squad Wednesday, Colleen Kane of the Chicago Tribune reports.
Webster was let go by Chicago on Tuesday but will rejoin the team's practice squad a day later. He's made eight appearances for the Bears over the last two seasons and is a candidate to join the active roster in 2023 if the team needs additional receiving depth at some point.
