Okoronkwo (triceps) tried out with the 49ers on Sunday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Okoronkwo suffered a torn triceps last September while playing for the Eagles but is now healthy again. The 31-year-old will now look to earn a spot on San Francisco's roster or catch on with another team.
