Banks (toe) has been ruled out ahead of Thursday night's game against the Falcons, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.
Banks exited the Packers' Week 2 win over the Jets in the second quarter with a toe injury. The left guard was unable to participate in any Week 3 preparation due to the injury. Donovan Jennings is set to start at left guard for Thursday's game.
