Lazard's limited activity level in his first practice in roughly two weeks is no surprise as he continues to recover from getting his foot stepped on in an unofficial session. He'll have two more chances to jump up to full participation before the Packers will be required to give him a designation -- or not -- ahead of Sunday's game against the Bears.
