Cooper (shoulder) was listed as a limited participant on the Packers' estimated injury report Monday.
Cooper was able to play all 72 of the team's defensive snaps in Sunday's 20-17 overtime win against the Jets, recording eight total tackles (six solo), including 1.0 sacks, in the contest. The Packers didn't hold an official practice Monday, but the linebacker's limited designation is a positive sign for his chances to play Thursday night versus Atlanta.
