Bullard (foot) was a full participant at practice Wednesday, Mike Spofford of the Packers' official site reports.
Bullard missed some time in August after sustaining a bone bruise during a training camp practice, but it looks like he has fully recovered at this point. He figures to play a major role in Green Bay's secondary in 2026.
