FitzPatrick (coach's decision) is listed as inactive ahead of Sunday's matchup with the Cardinals, Mike Spofford of the Packers' official website reports.
Green Bay will roll with Tucker Kraft and Ben Sims as its only two active tight ends. FitzPatrick landed in Green Bay prior to Week 6 after Luke Musgrave (ankle) was placed on injured reserve, but he has yet to suit up.
