Packers' Jordan Love: Struggles in first start
Love completed 19 of 34 pass attempts for 190 yards, one touchdown and one interception against Kansas City on Sunday.
Love also ran for 23 yards on five carries. He seemed to struggle to identify pressure pre-snap and often made errant throws when the subsequent post-snap pressure caught him by surprise, but at times when he had blocking he made a handful of encouraging throws. The interception was nearly a completed pass to Davante Adams, but the throw was slightly off, and corner L'Jarius Sneed made a great play to snatch it from Adams. There was never any doubt that this is Aaron Rodgers' team when healthy, but Love all but confirmed Sunday that he needs more development before he might be able to cash in on his otherwise substantial athletic talent.
