The Packers placed Tenuta (ankle) on injured reserve Thursday.
Tenuta was carted off the field during the Packers' preseason game against the Bengals on Aug. 11. The 2022 sixth-round pick out of Virginia Tech will be forced to sit out the first four games of the season.
