Rochell (neck) is active for Sunday's game against the Vikings, Mike Spofford of the Packers' official site reports.
Rochell missed the Packers' Week 16 win over the Panthers after sustaining a neck injury in practice leading up to that game. He was a limited participant in all three practices this week and will return to his special teams role for Week 17.
