Scott (hamstring) did not practice Wednesday due to a hamstring injury, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.
Scott has less than two weeks to recover ahead of Sept. 12's season opener against the Saints, which will be played in Jacksonville. As a rookie last season, Scott appeared in 15 games and handled a reserve defensive role.
