Burns (shoulder) was a non-participant at Wednesday's practice.
Burns picked up a stinger in Sunday's victory over Washington. He sounded optimistic following the game about his chances to play in Week 17 following the game, so his absence Wednesday could be the team erring on the side of caution. Still, his status will need to be monitored going forward. Marquis Haynes would presumably be in line for a bigger role should he ultimately have to sit out.
