Lewis (elbow) is set to miss a few weeks with a UCL injury, Mike Kaye of ESPN reports.
The Panthers' starting left guard suffered a UCL tear during Sunday's loss to the Browns and was unable to return to the contest. With Lewis sidelined for Week 4 and beyond, Corey Bullock is set to take over as the new starting left guard for the foreseeable future.
