Phillips (hamstring) has returned to Sunday's game against the Eagles, Kassidy Hill of the Panthers' official site reports.
Phillips exited the first half of Sunday's game with a hamstring injury before returning in the third quarter. The weakside linebacker's replacement, Thomas Incoom (calf), exited the game shortly after Phillips and has been ruled out.
