Jewell (hamstring/groin) didn't practice Wednesday.
Jewell has missed the Panthers' last two games due to hamstring and groin injuries, and Wednesday's DNP suggest he could miss even more time. The 29-year-old inside linebacker will likely need to upgrade to at least limited participation either Thursday or Friday in order to suit up for the Panthers' Week 7 matchup against the Commanders.
