Coach Matt Rhule wasn't sure Monday if Burris (groin) will be healthy enough to play in Week 8 against the Falcons, Joe Person of The Athletic reports.
Burris is eligible to come off IR, but the team will first need to designate him as a candidate for return. If the Panthers do so, Burris will be eligible to practice with the team, which would put him in position to be removed from IR.
