Head coach Matt Rhule announced Wednesday that Walker will start at quarterback in place of Sam Darnold (shoulder) this weekend at Arizona, Steve Reed of the Associated Press reports.

Walker will move up on the depth chart after Rhule said that Darnold will be out at least four weeks due to the fractured right scapula he suffered this past Sunday versus the Patriots. In seven appearances (one start) with the team over the last two seasons, Walker has completed 35 of 71 passes (49.3 percent) for 401 yards (5.6 YPA), one touchdown and five interceptions. Beneath Walker on the quarterback depth chart are Matt Barkley, who was signed off the Titans' practice squad Tuesday to handle backup duties Week 10.
