Moton (knee) is active for Sunday's matchup against the Texans, Darin Gantt of the Panthers' official site reports.
Moton was deemed questionable for the contest after failing to log a full practice during Week 8 prep, but his partial participation was presumably just precautionary. He'll handle his usual duties at right tackle versus Houston.
