Atlanta placed Hesse (undisclosed) on its practice squad injured list Tuesday, Terrin Waack of the Falcons' official site reports.
In a corresponding move, wide receiver Frank Darby was signed to the practice squad. It's not clear what type of injury Hesse is dealing with at this point.
