Herbert reverted to the Chargers' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.
Herbert played just one offensive snap and another six on special teams in his regular-season NFL debut Sunday against the Bills. The tight end figures to see regular elevations from the practice squad while Charlie Kolar recovers from a broken forearm.
