Biggers signed a one-year, $840,000 contract with the Patriots, the Boston Globe's Ben Volin reports.
With only $25,000 of the contract guaranteed, Biggers will likely have to prove that he's worthy of a roster spot. He has 34 career starts to his name, but he'll merely be competing for a depth role on a New England team that has Malcolm Butler and Logan Ryan locked in as the starting cornerbacks.
