Garoppolo completed 24 of 33 passes for 264 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 23-21 win over the Cardinals.
Garoppolo mostly settled for short gains after producing 10 points on his first two drives, but he did remain accurate throughout the night and kept the ball moving. As a bonus for owners in PPR leagues, he caught one of his own deflected passes for a three-yard gain, also adding 12 yards on four carries, though he did lose a fumble. With Rob Gronkowski (hamstring) unavailable for a road matchup against a tough defense, six Patriots had between four and seven targets, and LeGarrette Blount got 22 carries. Garoppolo's remaining three starts will all come at home, beginning with a Week 2 matchup against a Dolphins team that nearly pulled off an upset in Seattle on Sunday.
