Tom Brady (suspension) will also get playing time, presumably splitting first-team work with Garoppolo. Although this will likely be Brady's only appearance of the preseason, it won't be surprising if Garoppolo gets more snaps, as the Patriots have made sure to get their third-year quarterback plenty of reps as he prepares for a four-game stint as the starter to open the regular season.
