Dugger (ankle) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Bears, Evan Lazar of the Patriots' official site reports.
Dugger was unable to practice all week and is now in line to miss his third consecutive game Sunday due to an ankle injury. Jaylinn Hawkins is expected to continue serving as the Patriots' top strong safety until Dugger can return to the field.
