Dugger (ankle) is active for Sunday's game against the Dolphins.
The starting safety put in limited practice sessions after playing through the injury in the Patriots' Week 11 loss to the Rams. Dugger still played on all 51 defensive snaps in that game. He has 38 tackles (26 solo), including 1.0 sacks, two pass breakups and a forced fumble in seven games this season.
