Jones completed 22 of 30 passes for 227 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions in the Patriots' 50-10 win over the Jaguars on Sunday. He also rushed twice for 12 yards.

Jones took advantage of a highly favorable matchup to exorcise some recent demons, posting his first interception-free effort in the last three games. The rookie had completed under 60.0 percent of his throws in each of the last two contests as well, but he was accurate early and often Sunday on the way to helping lead three first-half scoring drives. Jones spread the wealth on his touchdown throws, getting little-used Kristian Wilkerson into the end zone from six and 20 yards out and also connecting with the much more familiar Jakobi Meyers for a four-yard scoring toss just before halftime. The strong performance undoubtedly was a confidence builder for Jones ahead of the postseason, one he'll look to build on against the Dolphins in a Week 18 road clash.
