New England placed Reiff (knee) on its injured reserve list Monday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.
Reiff will now be forced to miss at least the Patriots' first four games of the 2023 season. The veteran's absence will leave the Patriots perilously thin at offensive tackle behind Trent Brown and Mike Onwenu.
