Perkins (undisclosed) was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list Monday, Ben Volin of The Boston Globe reports.
Perkins was placed on injured reserve ahead of Week 15, but he will now have another hurdle to cross before his is able to return to the active roster. Even when healthy, the rookie hasn't been a part of the Patriots' defensive gameplan.
